Lemon uses Captiva Visual POS Classic in
combination with Captiva Prep Stations and Visual POS Billboard. Once a
customer places their order it is immediately dispatched to the chefs prep
screen, where it is placed in the queue. When the order is ready the chef
simply touches the order on screen to move it out of the queue. The order
then appears on the Captiva Billboard, notifying the customer that their
order is ready. The Billboard also displays in-shop advertisements and helps
promotes the Lemon brand.
